The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain how and why we use your personal information. Please read this statement carefully.
1. Who will use your personal information.
The company Hotel Elisso (hereafter the Company) will use your personal data in its capacity as Data Controller. You can contact us at the information given in the document header.
If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data if you want to exercise any right or complain about them, you can contact the Data Controller mentioned in the previous paragraph. The company is not required to comply with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). and in particular Articles 37, 38 and 83 in conjunction with recital 97 of the GDPR to declare a DPO. Any request or complaint must be submitted in written physical form or by email.
2. How we use your personal information.
Your personal data are used to run and manage your reservations and queries.

We will process only personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes stated above. In particular, the company will process:
• Identity (Name, ID Num. Passport Num.)
• Contact Details (Address – Email – Telephone)
4. Who do we share your personal data with.
The company will only share the absolutely necessary personal information to complete the booking and service processes at your desired location. Upon completion of the stay, the information remaining in our database is the name and email of the reservation as well as all the legal documents required by the Greek legislation.
5. Why the collection of personal data is required.
The collection of your data is necessary for the conclusion of a residence contract at our hotel. The company may not enter into a sale or service contract if you do not provide the full and correct requested personal data
6. Your rights with respect to GDPR.
You may exercise the following rights with respect to your personal data. Access, Rectification, Portability, and subjected to the conditions of the law, Erasure, Restriction and Objection.
You may also at any time revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of any previous processing operation. You can exercise your rights through our website or alternatively you can contact us directly by email at email@example.com Application for exercising the rights is free of charge unless the claim is obviously unfounded or excessive.
7. How can you file a complaint?

8. For how long we will keep your personal data.
We will maintain and process your personal data for the purposes mentioned above for up to 5 years for the personal data needed for your stay in accordance with Greek law and indefinitely your email for which you have given us your consent, you reserve the right to delete it at any time upon your request.
